Dispatch Timelines
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is picked up by the courier partner.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email with your AWB (tracking) number
- An SMS notification with the courier link
- WhatsApp updates on delivery status (if WhatsApp number is provided)
You can also track your order directly by visiting your courier partner's website and entering the AWB number. If you have trouble tracking, email us at customersupport@adititoys.com with your Order ID.
Packaging
Cast iron is heavy and fragile. We take packaging seriously:
- Each piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and foam padding
- Outer carton is double-walled corrugated cardboard rated for the product weight
- Multi-piece orders are packed together with dividers to prevent movement
- We use minimal plastic — packaging is largely recyclable cardboard and paper
Damaged in Transit
Despite careful packaging, transit damage occasionally happens. If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if the outer box is severely damaged — refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- If you discover damage after opening — photograph both the packaging and the product
- Email the photos to customersupport@adititoys.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked
