All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold per customer or household. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund or offer an alternative.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

4.3 Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Failure to meet delivery requirements (e.g., unserviceable PIN code)
• Violation of these Terms or our policies

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage your orders, track shipments, and access saved information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
